I make performance from the body out. I work in mask, puppetry, clown, chorus and non-verbal theatre to reach what language often evades: the subconscious image, the grotesque beauty, the hilarious, and fragile absurdity of being here together. My practice is rooted in Lecoq-based methodologies and ritual practices. When not creating, I lead a passionate career as the co-Artistic/Education director of the Canadian Academy of Mask and Puppetry.

The Canadian Academy of Mask and Puppetry (CAMP) is an organization that is bound to the advancement of education concerning the creation and performance of mask and puppetry related art.
We foster the emerging and next generation of theatre creators whose main interest is in the innovation of this craft, and also to provide mentorship to professional artists of all medias who wish to expand their practice of artistic expression.

DOT
DOT is a surrealist puppet show that takes you on a journey from the molecular to galactic. This captivating, wordless tale follows the evolution of a tiny speck as it transcends dimensions, exploring the intricate interplay between the micro and macro, through 2D and 3D worlds.
A highly-visual experimentation brought to life through a blend of manipulated liquids, colours, geometric forms, playful vegetables, shadows, and dynamic light. It reflects the vast shades of our human existence from the delightful to the cantankerous, through absurdity and non-traditional storytelling.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the cosmos, DOT invites you to ponder the essence existence from the distance of the stars.
All performed to a live electro-soundscape.
