Known internationally by her stage name ‘Lady C’, Caroline Fraser is a unique artist with a diverse background and skill set. Coming from a long lineage of musicians, dancers and entertainers, Lady C came by her life as an artist honestly and organically. Her main focus is in Street Dance culture in which she has studied under many of the Pioneers and legends of multiple forms. Although she has made her mark in this global community, her training also includes a background in Ballet, Contemporary and Tap Dance, and most recently extends into Jazz Dance forms with Holla Jazz Dance Company.
Caroline is the recipient of 4 Dora Mavor Moore Awards for her performance and choreography as well as the Gadfly Canadian Dancer of the Year Award. She is also a music recording artist with multiple digital and vinyl releases on various record labels known as both 'Lady C' and alternate alias 'CEE.'
She continues to develop and expand her artistry in both dance and music, one lending inspiration to the other.

CYMATIX is a powerful exploration of the intersection between sound, movement, and emotion. Drawing from the concept of Cymatic Phenomena—the study of visible sound—this dance piece invites audiences into a world where sound is not just heard but seen, and movement is not just felt but interpreted as sonic texture. Through a seamless blend of Popping, Animation, and Waving choreographer and performer Caroline ‘Lady C’ Fraser creates a deeply moving and immersive experience, intertwining recorded and live vocal performance to heighten the connection between body and sound. CYMATIX becomes more than just a performance—it's a visceral journey that embodies the tangible connection between music and the human experience.
